    All applications must be completed online. Each signor must complete their own application and guarantors must submit an application as well.

  • Yes. We offer 6 Workforce units at Aviara Lake Worth and 12 at Aviara Green.

    Aviara On The Ave and Aviara East Pompano do not have a Workforce Housing program.

  • Our rates are set at fair market value to be as competitive as possible. Prices fluctuate on a daily basis based on market demand.

    Once you apply, your rate is locked and held for 14 days to give you enough time to complete the application process and pass screening.

  • All applicants must show 3x monthly rent as monthly gross income per household. 600 and above credit is required.

    Exceptions may require additional income verification or guarantor.

    Applicants with prior evictions or a criminal felony cannot be approved.

  • Yes, we do a thorough background check on every resident to ensure community safety. Your application fee covers national and state background screenings.

  • Yes! They must be under 50lbs. and we limit them to 2 per household for everyone’s comfort and safety.

    No aggressive breeds permitted.

    There is a $250 one-time pet fee, per pet and a $25 monthly charge, per pet due with your rent payments.

  • All of our communities have a 2 vehicle per household maximum.

    All properties have their own site-specific policies for reserved, garage or open parking.

  • Community pools typically operate from sunrise to sunset.

    All children must always be accompanied by an adult.

  • We take care of the grounds and common areas and offer quarterly pest control inside, outside and within the common areas.

    Regular property maintenance is available from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday for any resident issues. We change AC filters every quarter and maintain air conditioners on a bi-annual basis to ensure the system continues to work without interruption. Pools are cleaned twice per week. Landscape maintenance is typically on a bi-monthly basis.
